Fall Colors

I know, I know, Fall is over.  It’s just that I’m little late in posting this picture of these beautiful homegrown potatoes from my parents garden.

I had so much fun cooking with these beautiful, colorful potatoes throughout the fall and early winter.

These in particular I chopped up, drizzled with some olive oil, tossed on some chopped garlic and onion and roasted in the oven.

Perfection!

Can’t wait until next potato season!
