Randy’s Glazed BBQ Salmon

My brother is an amazing fisherman and has perfected this recipe for a delicious brine for fresh, bbq’d salmon.  Even if you don’t love fish – I dare you to give this a try and not come back for seconds!

  • Salmon Steaks
  • 2 T Brown Sugar
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 T Lemon Juice
  • 2 T Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 t pepper

Heat BBQ to 400.  Combine all ingredients and brush onto one side of salmon, and salt.  BBQ for 4 minutes, flip salmon, brush sauce on other side, salt, and BBQ for another 4 minutes. Flip again (if needed) and BBQ for a few more minutes as needed.

Mmmm, I’d like to try this at some point. I’ve always wanted to BBQ salmon. I’d also like to try this with a smoker as well.
